MmMmmm...Gingerbread...

Cookie Baking 101 with Jose and 611.

Once the counter is sufficiently covered in flour...place a ball of chilled dough in the center. Warm the dough slightly with your hands.

Flour the rolling pin and gently, but firmly roll over the dough
until it is flattened to approx. 1/2" thick.

Flour cutters and press desired shapes and place on a cookie sheet.
